## Mission

Aim 4 Recovery was developed so that people seeking help and their loved ones would not have to feel alone.

The program's mission is to provide a safe, nurturing environment for Pasadena and surrounding communities. Each participant should be valued and treated individually using appropriate professional practices.

## Philosophy

Aim provides transparent treatment options that consider the body, mind, emotions and spirit while helping participants develop practical life skills. The multidisciplinary model combines clinical treatment, behavioral-health therapy, recovery support, aftercare and relapse-prevention planning.

The program also emphasizes continuity of care, difficult life transitions, healthy routines and support after discharge. Individual autonomy and a respectful therapeutic environment remain central to that work.
